For a peaceful coexistence, please respect the rules of the hotel
  • - Please do not hang towels or clothing over the balcony or terrace.
  • - Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed areas.
  • - Reserving chairs or loungers is not permitted at the pool area.
  • - Children needing nappies must wear them. If they are not used at the pool area, the consequences result in closure of the pool which negatively affects all of our clients.
  • - Taking food or drinks out of the restaurant or hotel is not permitted.
  • - The hotel will not be held responsible for the loss of any items belonging to guests. Please place any valuables in the safety deposit box.
  • - Any damage to furniture, décor or any other facility caused by guests or people they invite into the establishment will be charged to their account.
  • - Check-out: On the day of departure, you must vacate the room by 12:00h, return the key and pay any outstanding charges at reception. Ask in advance if you would like to extend the time of check-out (additional charge applies, and this is always subject to availability).
  • - All Inclusive board basis is personal and non-transferable and so inviting other guests is not permitted. This would imply a fraudulent use of the contracted services and if detected will result in the guest being charged for any food and drinks consumed and possibly a change in the board basis.
  • - We request that you dress appropriately when visiting the restaurant or dining room. Swimwear is not permitted. Shirts and shoes must be worn.
  • - Collaborate with our hotel policies by exercising a responsible use of the resources that we provide, and recycling items correctly in the different containers provided for this purpose.
  • - Please do not take food or drink away from the dining room.
